Hear What Our Customers Have to Say

Jay & James:

I'd like to thank you very much for getting my Forester re-charged and running on Saturday.

I didn't know that an interior light left on could completely drain a car's battery or that a locked hatch isn't necessarily closed.

So, when I tried to start the car on Saturday and it didn't work I thought the worst. I apologize if my anger boiled over.  I have been a bit sleep deprived because of the new baby but that's my problem not yours.

You handled the situation professionally and I greatly appreciate that you took the time to come get the car, make sure it was okay, and re-charge it.

A customer couldn't ask for better service.

Thanks very much.

David

David,

Thank you so much Trina, and thank you for being my representative on Saturday.  I must say that was the easiest car deal I've ever made.  Probably not the best price, but then I didn't expect to get an enormous amount off a Subaru.

Now here's the really great part about owning a Subaru with All Wheel Drive.  This morning a cute little bunny was acting exactly like a squirrel on Highway 19.  I was going 45mph in the rain and saw him out of the corner of my eye in the grass.  He was darting back and forth and couldn't decide whether or not to chance the road.  I eased on the brakes hoping he wouldn't.  I'll be darned if he didn't race across the road the second I got almost beside him.  Trina, I slammed those breaks to the floorboard and I twisted the wheel in the direction to miss him.  You must know what that would do in a normal car.  You would sway and swerve and end up in the grass.  Not the Subaru.  It responded as if it where an extension of my body.  It stopped, immediately, no lag time, no skid, and then turned exactly as I turned the wheel.  No sway, no jumping or bumping with me slamming on the brakes in an inch of water.  NONE!  I know the old Outback would have chosen four different directions for each wheel.  That's kind what the All Wheel Drive does sometimes, but not this one.  It did the best job I've ever seen a car do in that circumstance.  AMAZING!  Totally amazing.  That's absolutely the closest I've ever gotten to an animal and been able to not hit it.  I was SO happy about my new car this morning.

I used the seat warmer this morning....Aaaahhhh!  I was listening to Queen and Bon Jovi sing "Under Pressure" this morning.  I heard all kinds of little sounds and verses I didn't know existed.  The sound system is AWESOME.  And the "magic mirror", I'm in love with my new mirror.  I drive into work at 6:30 in the morning, in the dark, from Dahlonega to Oakwood.  Generally I have to flip my mirror up and down all morning to get rid of the huge truck lights that are blinding me.  My new 'magic mirror" does it all for me.  I had no idea there was a device like that available!

Trina, I love my new car.  It's perfect!  Thank you and the entire staff again for your help and support with my purchase.

The accessory guy, I can't remember his name (Dave Bush) , mentioned that I may be eligible for a free oil change the first time it needs it.  Could you please check on that for me?

One other thing...unless there is a body sitting in the passenger seat, the passenger airbag is "off".  It turns "on" when somebody gets into that seat.  Is that normal?  I couldn't find it in the book.

Thank you again Trina.  I'm looking forward to giving you a rave review so that Subaru of America knows just how wonderful you and your collegues treat your clients.

Have a great Monday!  I hope you sell two more cars today!  :-)

Jennifer

Jennifer,

Jay,

Millicent and I want to thank you and Trina for the outstanding service we have received during our purchase of a new Outback. At 63, I have purchased a number of cars and trucks, and been in many showrooms. But, we have never felt as welcome as people and customers and experienced the quality of service that we have from you and Trina. From the moment we stepped in your showroom we felt like we were family. I know that is an often used marketing phrase, but we felt we were treated like family by everyone we encountered. Quite honestly, Millicent and I were amazed and very pleasantly surprised.

Trina was very patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional, not to mention very open and friendly, through every step of the process. She answered all of our questions and continually followed-up to ensure that we had all the information that we needed and that she was providing the vehicle and service we needed and wanted. Millicent and I felt like we were treated as people not as a dollar sign, and that is very rare today.

You can count on us coming back, we would not buy a vehicle from anyone else, and we will go out of our way to recommend you to others. Your outstanding service and sincere concern will always be appreciated and remembered.

Again, from Millicent and I, thank you very much!

John and Millicent

John and Millicent,

Mr. Domenicone,

You probably already know this, but I need to tell you what a fine salesman you have:  Herman Jones.  I received my Wheels / Merck fleet vehicle from him yesterday, Thursday, October 22.  Throughout the process (checking the status of the vehicle, returning all of my calls quickly, dealing with the paperwork from the fleet, etc.), he was very patient, informative, and helpful.  His knowledge and passion around the car are obvious as he gave me a tour of the features.  I have been excited to drive a Subaru for quite some time, so his taking the time to do this was great.  Even when I failed to get everything out of the car in my haste yesterday, he made sure that I got those last items when I returned today.  Then, I realized that I was missing a special watch and there was a chance that it was in the car.  Herman cared enough to search the car himself and call me back right away.

It is well-known that fleet vehicles don't make anyone or any dealership much money at all, yet I was treated like a top customer.  I will remember that whenever I recommend any family or friends to a dealership.  It is hard to find someone to trust these days, so this was a refreshing experience.

Thank you,

Dawn M

Mr. Zaal,

Over the past two months I have been searching feverishly for a new vehicle. I have numerous encounters with sales consultants, some pleasant, while others were not so much. Last week I visited the Classic Atlanta dealership and was assisted by Mr. Herman Jones. My first encounter with him was more than a pleasure. He was informative and very personal. I did not feel like he was trying to pressure me into purchasing the car. He answered all the questions I had about the car, and I had plenty of questions for him. Mr. Jones was more than helpful and I felt like I was buying a car from a friend verses a car dealership. Herman helped to make purchasing my car a more than easy and smooth transition. The car I bought was a great buy, but Herman's professionalism and personality was the deal maker for me. My experience there truly raised the bar in terms of what your car buying experience should be. I enjoyed the entire experience from beginning to end, and would highly recommend my family and friends to patronize your dealership. Please let Herman know that he is an excellent Sales Consultant and should continue to keep up the great work! J

LaBrae M

LaBrae M,

"Another Satisfied Classic Subaru Customer!"

Dear Mr Danson,

I have to say that the experience of buying this new Subaru with you and
Classic Subaru was the very best automobile purchase experience of my long
life. I've been buying cars since about 1960, I think; most of my
experiences did nothing more than make me dread to have to go out and shop
for and negotiate for another car.  With Classic, it was completely
different. I'm impressed with the way your company has mastered the art of
selling via the Internet: I got instant responses from you, from you sales
manager Mr. Zaal, and from the owner, Mr Domenicone, in rapid order. We had
a handshake on line, and when my wife and I were able to break free from
other responsibilities and come to the dealership, we felt greeted as if we
were old long-lost friends.  Everything that had been agreed upon was still
agreed upon and the paperwork was well explained and clear.

The car, by the way, is great.  I'm aware of so many improvements that
Subaru has made since they built the 1998 model we enjoyed and thoroughly
used during some 11 years.

We will definitely recommend you--in fact, we already have--and we'll
continue to encourage young people to start out with a Subaru.  We're going
to make sure our daughter who drives a Forester now brings it out there for
service.

Thanks so much.  I hope you get to go visit with your family in Sweden
before the weather cools.

All the best,

Tom and Pearl M
